Jaime Ortiz
 

A recognized leadership expert, Mr. Ortiz has had over 20 years of managerial experience. He has managed and directed companies in diverse fields such as the textile, data entry, and banking industries. Prior to joining NetworkOmni, Mr. Ortiz was the Human Resources Manager for Supra Telecom’s Santo Domingo call center. He is currently the General Manager of NetworkOmni’s call center in the Dominican Republic. NetworkOmni is the second largest interpretation services company in the United States, providing interpretation services in more than 140 languages to corporate companies in the US. He is also co-founder and managing partner of Contact Consulting Services, where he is the company’s senior consultant on organizational development and human resources.

Mr. Ortiz is also a teacher at the Dominican-American University (UNICDA), where he teaches courses in Business Administration, English and Education. He is also a permanent lecturer of Continued Education courses, lecturing on Supervision, Team Work, Effective Communication and Human Relations.

Jaime Ortiz holds an A.A. degree on Social Sciences from N.Y.C. Community College; a B.A. in Philosophy from Hunter College in New York; a Post-Graduate Degree on School Supervision from INTEC; and is currently enrolled in the M.A. program from the Monterrey Technical Institute (Distant Learning) in Mexico.
