Jean Luis Caamaño

Mr. Caamaño has extensive managerial experience, having held leadership and strategic management positions in diverse industries such as education, technology, insurance, and telecommunications.

Mr. Caamaño held the position of Financial Analyst at New Horizons Bilingual School; the country’s first and largest of its kind, with over 1500 students and recognized as one of the best private schools in the country. As Administrative Manager of I.L.T.A.E., a major technology and language institute; he played a key role in partnering with Cisco Systems, Inc. helping the company become a certified CCNA ( Networking Academy) and turning around operations that led to revenue-building. Prior to joining Supra Telecom, Inc; he was in charge of Operations at AFP CaribAlico (a member of AIG-American Life & Insurance Group). At Supra Telecom, a Florida-based Telco, he held several high-level positions in areas such as Operations and Customer Care, before becoming the Quality Assurance & Training Manager of its Santo Domingo and Costa Rica Call Centers.

Currently, he is President and Executive Director of Contact Consulting Services, the first and only consulting firm that specifically services the Call Center industry in the Dominican Republic. Mr. Caamaño also sits on the board of The Fitness Team, Inc; and is the company’s current Financial Manager. He is also an active member of the American Chamber of Commerce’s ICT (Information & Communication Technologies) and Tech Services Cluster committees.

He holds a Bachelors’ degree majored in business administration and a M.B.A. from the University of Wollongong in Australia.
