Pauline Caamaño, a pioneer in Intellectual Property in Dominican Republic, is a nationally and internationally recognized business lawyer. She is currently an associate with Pellerano & Herrera, the country’s most important law firm. At P & H, she concentrates her practice in foreign investment, intellectual property, and international business law. Ms. Caamaño has successfully represented international corporations such as BAT (British American Tobacco) and AMBEV.

Ms. Caamaño is co-founder and managing partner of Contact Consulting Services, and is the company’s legal director and senior consultant on foreign investment and legal affairs.

Ms. Caamaño earned a Bachelor’s degree of law from PUCMM in Santo Domingo, and a master degree on international business law from American University’s Washington College of Law. She has also completed additional studies in internet law and intellectual property law in American University.
